  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Custom/personalized orders require mockup approval before production begins.

4. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are made to your specification and are non-refundable once production begins.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving mockups before production.
  • We are not liable for errors in customer-provided artwork or specifications.
  • If we make an error in production, we will correct or replace the order at no charge.

5. Shipping

  • Free economy shipping is available on all orders worldwide.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
  • All shipments include tracking numbers.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no surprise customs fees for most destinations.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Blank products: 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.
  • Custom products: Non-returnable. If we made an error, we will fix or replace at no charge.
  • Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by 100Totes and protected by copyright.
  • You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
  • By submitting artwork for custom orders, you confirm you have the right to use that artwork.

8. Limitation of Liability

100Totes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
