Because we're the factory, every tote starts from raw fabric: cut, sewn, and printed in-house. Most styles use thick 10-12oz cotton canvas, with heavyweight 14-16oz options when you need extra duty. A bag people keep using is advertising that keeps working — thicker canvas costs cents more, but your logo stays in circulation for years. During production, we're also happy to send photos of your actual order being made.

For natural and white canvas, we digitally print your design directly onto the fabric before cutting and sewing — that's how we get crisp, edge-to-edge prints with a soft feel. Dark-colored bags use heat transfer or screen printing, and for large runs screen printing is often the most cost-effective. And because we print before sewing, size isn't a limit: any logo size, full-panel, even all-over prints are welcome.

We accept SVG, AI, EPS, PNG, PDF, JPG — any format works. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) are preferred for best results. Our design team will work with whatever you provide.

Absolutely — since we build every bag from scratch, any customization is on the table: zippers, inner or outer pockets, snap closures, colored handles in all kinds of colors, rope handles, shoulder straps, double handles, sewn-in side labels, custom linings, different fabrics, any bag shape. Standard production is 4-7 business days after you approve your digital proof. Need it faster? Rush service can cut it to 1-2 days — sometimes even same-day dispatch — for a rush fee, though very large quantities may not qualify. FBA prep orders take 5-7 business days.
